Designing,
building and completing 150 units of low cost single-storey
terrace houses including the infrastructure works.
The
construction period is 75 weeks and the defect liability
period is 24 months.

Scope of work
for project management consultant covers from site visits up
to defects liability period. This includes the designing of
the layout plan, preparation of pre-bid documents and
tendering exercise, checking the design by the successful
contractor, preparation of contract document, monitoring of
the work progress and preparation of reports and payment
certificates and during defects liability period, regular
visits to site to identify defects and ensure necessary
actions taken by the contractor. To assist contractor in the
application of Certificate of Fitness.
