old market, and build a new Pasar complete with 20 Ruko, 319
Toko, 606 Kios, 164 Los & 608 Lapak for 1600 Traders
consists of existing and new traders.

a joint developer with PT. Bukit Kiara Lestari (BKL) in
assocation with local partner PT. Bina Warga Itqoni (BWI) to
redevelop traditional market in Rangkas Bitung, Banten -
Indonesia. As investment company providing the fund and
technical supports to successfully complete and deliver the
project as scheduled. To monitor the project development and
ensure within the proposed budget and time schedule. Rangkas
Bitung act as a pilot project for many potential projects in
Indonesia, partnership with ITQONI group of companies to
pursue multiple profitable projects.
