Project
Description: |
The
scheme will form part of the housing project currently
developed by PKNS at Antara Gapi which is located in Hulu
Selangor.
|
The
scope involves the site clearing of 100 acres of land with
earthwork volume of over
1,300,000 m3 and the construction of 5km dual
carriage-way highway. The
scope also covers the construction of retention pond, outlet
structure, main drain, silt trap and miscellaneous works
including roadworks, drainage and sewerage.
The
construction period is for 9 months with 6 months Defect
Liability Period.
