development will comprise of Hostel Blocks (6 blocks of 18th
and 11th floors), University Apartment Block (3
blocks of 16 floor), Post Graduate Apartment Blocks (1 block
of 16 floor), Students Commercial Centre Blocks (1
block three floor) and a plaza called UM Plaza as a centre
point for the development in whole.

The concession shall be for a period of 33 years.
As the concessionaire MBSB shall be responsible to:
